- Monthly emptying the mailbox. The item is stored in our office.

2. RIPO-plus services:
- Basic services included.
- Internal inspection, we check if the apartment is in good condition.
- Reporting of any injury.
- Professionals contacted if you wish.
- If internal damage, photographs is sent to you.
- Monthly airing.
- Monthly whelp of toilets.
- Monthly whelp of the shower and water taps.
- Testing of all units, including gas, electricity, water, lights and alarms.
