We are concentrating our business on the region in and around Alanya. Along the coastline of the Turkish Riviera there are many beautyful places, which could be your second home. Therefore it is needful to have some impressions about the regions in the western and eastern part of Alanya. The following will give you some information about these regions, where we offer our objects, which you will find in the properties section.
Westside of Alanya Okular Okurcalar ist the first suburb on your way from Antalya and Manavgat to Alanya. Okurcalar is approximately 32 km away from Alanya’s city centre. In Turkey this area is well-known for it's bananas, which is the main harvest fruit the village people live from. The historical Alara castle (an old roman fortress), built high up on a rocky hill, is in the Okurcalar area directly at the cold and refreshing sweetwater Alara River, which offers popular, natural picnic sites in the area. The biggest Aqua Park in the Alanya region, Water Planet, is located here, too - directly at the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. Each 15-20 minutes there is a bus from here to Alanya and back.
Incekum After Okurcalar you'll come to the region of Incekum. This village area offers many natural places, where you can calm down from city noise, have a walk in green forests or take a bath at some of the most beautiful beaches at the Turkish Riviera. "Incekum" means "fine sand", therefore you shouldn't be surprised by the wonderful, white, long and fine-sandy beaches in this area. The name of this region includes this fact already.
Avsallar Avsallar is the next place on your way to Alanya and is about 23 km away of Alanya's city centre. It's connected with the Incekum area. Clear water and clean, white, long beaches (provided with the Blue Flag) are the special characteristics of this area. Avsallar has developed to a beautiful, small town with its own city centre in the last years. In Avsallar’s shopping mile you will find everything you need like small health centres, pharmacies, shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. It is a charming city with a friendly community, where everybody knows and helps everybody. Every Wednesday you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, spices and more at the bazar's place near the new built school. Each 10 to 15 minutes you can go by a public bus (dolmus) to Alanya.
Türkler Türkler is the next place on your way to Alanya and is situated about 17 km before Alanya. Türkler offers clean beaches, clean sea water, and the beaches are not over-crowded. Türkler has approximately 3.000 inhabitants and has developed into a popular place for European tourists. From the little habour ships are living for boat trips every day in the summer season. In the local restaurants you can eat fresh fish or enjoy the sunset. A very special place here is the romantic half island, where rocky stones jutting out into the Mediterranean Ocean. You can walk out on these stones and then being surrounded by water.
Payallar This small village has about 2.000 inhabitants and is one of the more calm regions with less touristic activities. You'll find some hotels, shops and restaurants a nice coast line and a lot of green area. A good place to relax from city noise.
Konakli As next place we reach the suburb Konakli, a nice place with 28.000 inhabitants, approximately 15 km to Alanya. Konakli has the oldest historical culture of the western suburb area. Most important source of income in Konakli is the tourism. In the last years this place has developed its own small town, where one can find everything. Every Wednesday there's a bazar, where the farmers of the region sell their fresh harvested vegetables. Each 15 to 20 minutes there is a bus to Alanya and back.
Alanya City Alanya Alanya is the main holiday town and the heart of the Turkish Riviera. Here are all the leisure and tourism activities, port area, historic buildings and nightlife. In Alanya you will find two wonderful kilometer-long beaches lining the city. On a rocky promontory between them lies a medieval fortress with 150 towers and a seven kilometer long wall. Taurus Mountains in the background, offers a magnificent backdrop. Retail streets and base's range is enormous. Bags, shoes and other leather goods belong to what is extra affordable - especially if one knows how to bargain. To visit Alanya colorful markets is a must. Nowadays, one finds that most of the standard we demand of Europe. The port is located outside the restaurants close. Even among the evening entertainment is very large range, with everything from sports bars for oriental belly dancing and clubs that stay open until just before dawn. But Alanya is so much more than bazarens friendly streets, a vibrant nightlife and a beautiful landscape. The city of Alanya's great location on the Turkish Mediterranean coast gives unique opportunities for a choice of activities, not least in terms of water sports and nature experiences. One of the activities that can best be recommended are diving.
North of Alanya Tepe/Bektas The hillside behind the city centre of Alanya is called Tepe and Bektas. This area, which holds a magnificent panoramic view over the city itself, and the Mediterranean Ocean, is a peaceful area where you can escape from the traffic and noise from downtown. The hillside has mostly villas and is a great place for people, who want to be near a citycentre but not too close to the vibrations from it.
Cikcilli Cikcilli is situated on the east side in the back area of Alanya. It is a fast developing area with lots of apartment buildings. This community is very close to Alanyas city centre. You'll get to the centre in 3 minutes by car. The beach is about 2,5 km away. The area is calmer than Alanya itself. Caused by the location in the mountains area, you have a great view to the two coast lines, the Alanya castle and the city. A place not far away from all tourist activities and a place to calm down.
Ciplakli Stretching behind Oba, this region offers good view, fresh air, nature, but also development. A part of Ciplakli is situated in a small valley, surrounded by green hills. This guarantees protection against the city noise of Alanya. The way to the beach is about 3 km, but there is a public traffic bus as well as the good infra structure, which means, that you get fast and easy to the city centre and beaches. Behind Ciplakli pure nature is stretching out. It's an upcoming area, which promisses to be a well-developed area for apartments and villas in the future.
Eastside of Alanya Oba The first suburb after the city centre of Alanya is the beautiful place Oba, approximately 3 km away from the centre. This place was named by the river Oba, which locates in the midst of this suburb, where you find shops, restaurants, cafès and since summer 2006 the big Alanyum Shopping Center. The border of Oba reaches down to the beach area, from where you can see the Alanya castle. Oba is one of the most popular suburbs of Alanya because of it's fancy shopping streets, green parks and smooth ambience. Many foreign people found their second home here. There is a bus to Alanya every 5 minutes.
Tosmur As next place we reach Tosmur, located about 3,5 km east of Alanya. This suburb has about 5.000 inhabitants. In this area mainly fruits and vegetables are cultivated. A small Aqua park offers pleasure for young and old. A small bazar invites to look for souvenirs, textiles and food. A bus goes to the centre of Alanya every 10 minutes.
Kestel The next place we reach is Kestel, about 7 km east of Alanya. This place offers many cultural places to visit. The Dim Cave is the second largest cave in Turkey. The famous Dim Cay (River), located in the mountains, surrounded by beautiful nature, has lots of picnic places where you can eat next to and in the river. A bus goes to Alanya and back every 15 minutes.
Mahmutlar After Kestel we reach the suburb Mahmutlar with 23.000 inhabitants the largest suburb of Alanya right now. Mahmutlar is located approximately 13 km east of Alanya and has developed to a delightful spot as one of the fastest areas around Alanya in the last three years. It is a beautiful place with a 4,5 km long beach and its own city centre with a lot of touristic activities. Tourism, fruit and vegetable farming are the most important sources of income in Mahmutlar. Every Tuesday and Saturday there is a bazar, where the farmers offer their goods. In the centre of Mahmutlar you find everything you need for life. If you want to go to Alanya, you can take the public bus, which goes every 10 minutes.
Kargicak If you have left the Mahmutlar region you will find Kargicak. A lot of touristic activities have developed here since the last years. Kargicak has a sandy beach and a very nice natural surrounding. Mostly used for villas, this region can be expected to develop to a charming touristic area. You'll find hotels, bars, restaurants and cafés as well as shops and markets. Every 20 minutes you can go by bus to Alanya.
Demirtas About 20km behind Alanya you will reach Demirtas, which is very close to Kargicak. The region here has a very long, beautyful coast line and offers unspoiled, natural surroundings. Demirtas is quite undeveloped today, but will evolve to a very attractive touristic area, soon. In this area you will find villa and apartment places as there are a few already now. A public bus (dolmus) goes to Alanya every 20 minutes.
