Welcome to RIPO HOMES International Alanya. Our company is specialized both in the sale of property and in project planning along the beautiful southern shore of Turkey – the Turkish Riviera. Here is always green and beautiful, and the sun shines for about 330 days a year.

| In Alanya, you find everything. Sun and bathing in the clean and beautifully Mediterranean is only two of so many opporturnites. The Alanya region is a living and leading tourist goal all year.
In the region you'll find many golf courses and fotball stadiums, and several more is planned to come. You even can find a alpin center few minutes drive from the beach a few years later. And if you want a break from sun bathing, the Taurus Mountains is waiting for you just few minutes away. In the mountains you can enjoy wilderness, fish in one of the many rivers or just enjoy walking in nature watching the animals and birds.
European Volleyball Federation have given the holding of competition in Beach-Volleyball to Alanya for the next 30 years, and a European Beach Volleyball Trainings center will become developed. In this trainings camp also sports halls will be constructed for indoor volleyball competitions and trainings.

RIPO HOMES have been in Alanya since 2004 just after the country opened up to the purchase of properties and granting of deed to citizens of foreign countries, in June 2003. Our staff includes several Scandinavians who have good knowledge of conditions in Turkey and will be able to assist you with most of your inquiries. The company has Scandinavian ownership and management and all the necessary competence authority to manage our company in the Turkish real estate market.
RIPO HOMES also have a division wich specializes in property investment and can advise you on the availability of empty buildings, businesses, hotels and restaurants as well as in the legal procedures for doing this. Our company is equal to high quality both for our properties and for the service we provide. We always look for quality before quantity.

RIPO HOMES also runs a charity project in the Alanya area. We collect household items such as kitchen equipment as well as all kinds of clothing for adults and children. This is then distributed to people who are less fortunate than ouerselves. Should you have anything you do not need, please bring it with you.
